Company and leadership appreciate the efforts and continuous efforts on creating the positive and right culture to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is not inline with the Roles & Responsibilities. My observation is that i am not paid as this profile should be.. i am youngest on this profile and delivering more than expected. Leadership should review such compensation. I already inform to HR & My manager about this.
