Define clear growth strategy for the business on a long term view. Control HR/C&B decisions that generate frustration and concern on employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A fair compensation package in accordance with my role. If I am a long term employee, my salary will not be compared against the market, rather against the salary on my previous role, thus there's no motivation for employees to stay in GE. GE's HR processes are not transparent and generate frustrati
