Overall quite good, starting by working in renewable energy and having a great team to work with. Value integrity culture and respect in workspace. Compensation is reasonable But it is not confortable seeing slow progress as a business in delivering better results for customers and shareholders

More focus in mid and long term, i mean focus in root causes that drive KPI into red, no so much in the short term KPI improvement
