I dont fell I know enough about them to give such justment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less bureaucracy since this is killing speed, the joy of work and gives stress to people. The process are so complicated and costly There needs to be processes to control the business, but the amount we have is makin people loss the overview. The COST is too high compared with the benefit.
