I feel undervalued as - 1. Compensation for similar experience and competence with other organizations in the same industry, I see a big gap. 2. Deferment of merit increase. 3. Delayed promotion due to Pandemic. I feel better - 1. competitive compensation 2. Merit increase with due promotion.
