We are all in it together and we work as a team for the betterment of GE. We value one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give us rhe raises we deserve. We are paid less at GE than we would make with a competior. Pay more of our healthcare benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality issues arw exhausting. Our jobs are demanding enough without having to take on fixing poor oversight of our suppliers. I can only assume the people providing oversight are also over extended.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing what they say would do. Be honest with us and tell us the real rewaons we don't get merit increases after a record year. Explain why Mr. Culp takes millions in a bonus while People like me have seen 3% since 2018. Just DO BETTER
