Over all I am satisfied and happy to be working for GE, but work load has been crazy the recent time with running high level project so Worklife balance has been challenging. Room for Improvement: Onboarding is poor . Global IT support doesn't work, Local IT support does. Too much GE communication.

It shall be fun to be at work; Diversity
What makes you most happy at work?
To execute with the team and have fun at the same time. Even though we are busy there is always room for a smile....
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not paid according to the recent work load. It has been crazy... The Bonus is the best. but the nominations are also good!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they seem to be align about the high priority projects and why we run them. Still the bucket system in the old days help us in aligning lower priority project in the stream.
