I was proud to work in GE! After 15 years I'm sad! QUality, reworks, saving, tons of weekend work hours, night hours! Colleagues stressed and tired. We are been pressed to provide $ with a product that cannot compete against our competitors! We dont have the tools to provide first class product

Leadership without experience and not aligned!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the last one on the whole turbine chain, we must recover logistic, manufacturing and other delays, and this makes us the most compromissed persons in front of the customer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
GEt compromissed persons to do their work! We are working during the night and weekends! We are loosing talents. Your cost out culture was misunderstood! We are saving on the wrong side!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We just talk everyday about waulity but nobody takes care on it! Cypress turbines gets worse every day with missing parts, engineering support, engineers that never meet what they build, never climb a wind turbine. Retrofits and reworks that cost millons! GE is no more the place it was to work
