Showing appreciation to employees. Promoting a united team, not creating divides.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees feel demotivated. More recognition from senior management, and acknowledgement when a job is well done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes - it seems progression is only offered to those who ask enough for it. Rather than being given to those who work hard and show expertise in the role. Also bonus scheme, only offered to higher bands, leaving lower bands feeling under appreciated and demotivated.
