What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedication and eagerness to work. As supply chains suffer, the team is working all angles.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Headquarters has no value add, more of a hindrance than a help. Too much propaganda while we have to pinch every penny and make sacrifices to our lively hood to meet some unrealistic targets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
GE's lack of self awareness. Never enough time, never enough money. We still rely on the old foundation: IT constricts technology rather than leveraging technology; Sales targets rather than profit targets; ROI in 12 months vs. long term strategy.
