There's a general understanding of each other. Everything is done for a reason.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over the last years there's been very small or no salary increase. Salary is not what makes me happy about my job (the daily work is!), but feeling unfairly paid does. The general salary strategy of the company is worrying me, since I'm not the only one who compares with similar positions elsewhere.
