My experience (After working 4 years in the team/company) is... there is a strong engagement, collaboration and focus in the team. Although there are some gaps of communications between teams, we always try to mitigate these communication lacks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say Act with Humility and Deliver with Focus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a very collaborative and friendly team. Although, sometimes there are some communications issues, it is in a constant improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Several coworkers have left the Applications Team and there have been no new hires, so we have support an extra workload to keep the rhythm and issuing deliverables on time, and also there have been no increases (even due to inflation) in the last 2 years.
