Extremely fast paced but this pace seems to be more internal driven verses customer focused and driving additional growth. Can never take more than a few days off or it will take days to catch up. Health care here at GE is costing more and more and compensation doesn't truly reflect the effort given

Personal relationships built over 20 years but haven't seen them in the last 18 months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being in sales, we have no say in our quota and retrieving data to support your numbers is difficult and not clear.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of support and resources to do our jobs. We are so lean that we can't execute RFQ's in a 3 weeks period. To much time being Project manager, expeditor and resolution mediator given the lack of help. Everyone is stretched to the breaking point.
