What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being in Renewables ONW it's new and we are always learning
What are some of the best things about your team?
Challenge each other every day and although not always eye to eye our long term goals for the business are aligned.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my case my leadership team knows where the strengths of the team exist and uses them strategically for some great outcomes
What makes you most happy at work?
I am in a support role as part of the EHS function and when I can support a site to achieve an outcome mitigating as many risks as possible and establishing a best practice, thats when I'm most happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was a period that I filled a void for around 6 months covering a vacant position. This and some other achievements and goals were reached and recognised in multiple PD annual and 6 monthly sessions yet my numeration has remained the same in my current role.
