What is the best part about your compensation package?
compensation based on results. clear compensation process linked with personal results or my direct team results and not on generic GE or other P&L on which I cannot influence. Sales should be measured on Order intake.
What are some of the best things about your team?
great team built with many efforts in the last 20y. one for all, all for one: big support from all single members to all the others in case of need. high skills on all subjects, very high reaction time always leading. continous developments based on customer requests to lead vs competitors (noNPI)
