Really good. I think the benefits/flexibility are what I enjoy most, and the innovative work and caring team are second. My main drawback is that advancement/pay is slow to grow when remaining in the same company/team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very inclusive of ideas and always willing to support if one member is struggling.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Several members of the team try to regularly hold Q&A sessions to keep people informed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Coworkers and managers respect each other as people and treat each other as (casual) friends.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits such a permissive time and flexibility are excellent. I feel pay is lagging compared to the market relative to the value I provide.

What makes you most happy at work?

Days that I feel I got to make a major impact. Doesn't happen most days, but once a week or so it feels really nice.
