The business division I work for is not in a good moment locally. At the same time we need to speed up and get new orders to GE, there are many barriers that makes everything much difficult. I'm not saying we don't need procedures, but few of them makes us slower and we but ourselves backwards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is united and helps each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talk to nice people and solve the problems I'm there for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have annual bonus but I think it could be better or at least more democratic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Flexibility - Our process are all too bureaucratic and puts us out of competition. We need simpler solutions and less workflows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want to solve the problems but I don't feel global team knows the reality of operational team and how hard it is to comply with all GE requirements locally.
