I work on something different/ new every day. My work involves ideating and creativity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity to work on something new everyday, stretch and bubble assignments, engaging employees creatively and helping to influence public perception and align them to the bigger vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I do not have a team, but regular interaction and input seeking with people whose primary role is something very different from mine. It can be exasperating to get work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at LMWP is transparent to a very large degree. This helps employees trust the team. Global feedback, be it compliments or constructive criticism, is shared with employees regularly. The leadership regularly steers the direction to- our company goals, integrity & inclusion
