We're taking more tasks each day with no role-compatible attribution adjustments and no promotions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are aware of the impacts of the pandemic, we are following people leaving the company for lack of motivation and we employees taking on more and more tasks, it is becoming unsustainable. We are getting more and more stressed every day, having to use medicines and therapies.
