I have 48 hours in before I leave on Wednesday. I am entitled (by rules I hired under 25 years ago) to 5 weeks vacation; last year, I took 2. This year none, so far. Contractors can't do everything. FT workforce is too lean. Experienced people leave. I know you want a younger workforce, but really!
