The people doing the interview knew what they were talking about

I was happy with the efficiency of the early process. I applied one day, took a skills assessment the next, and had an interview scheduled for a week after i applied. After the interview, there was little communication or transparency, and four weeks is too long to not hear back after an interview.

I have been interiwed by two engineers.The interview is not up to mark since it can not assess the capabilty of engineer who is required to work in HV substation. One of the question for example is what is the size of CT cable. Moreover, one of the interviewer is not able to ask questions properly
