What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Development of talent pipelines (like in the old days). Focus on stakeholders (including employees first) and not so much on shareholders.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improve inclusive language, as well as body language. When answering a question about development or talent retention they always seem defensive (CEO, CHRO, etc)
