Challenging (I like it) Great teamwork and respect. Very high workload. Several colleagues have too much stress or are on sick leave due to stress. Meetings are a nightmare: too many, too long, not useful enough. This makes work very stressful. We achieve big things together.

My salary is low compared to industry and compared to my colleagues in the same position.

Sense of achieving something big and helping the world decarbonize. My colleagues. Learning new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety first. Respect. I feel respected as woman in my engineering field. This was not the case in previous companies.
