It sometimes feels they are not connected enough with their larger teams... one call per quarter may not suffice to create a relationship
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it would have better if it was aligned to the market average. I have shared with my leadership team my value / benchmark outside of the company but no alignment in terms of compensation has been approved.
