Knowing that I am making a difference in people's lives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration. Everybody works so well together and genuinly tries to help and support one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mental well-being is important to me so having the flexibility of being able to take time off when needed is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working in a remote environment does not mean working alone. We all communicate very well and that really promotes a healthy culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as though I am a valued member of the team. My input is well received and taken into consideration. When I have a concern I know that I can go to my leaders for support.
