Focus on operations, "back-to-basis" approach. Pragmatic, factual. Ethics & transparency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fairly honest and transparent, not pushing the responsibility to others. Knowledgeable. Too few of them, especially with enough experience
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We're lagging behind competition in technology and resources. Our reputation is not good on the technology even though we compensate on our aspects (project management, customer support...). The market is growing but we lack the means to address it properly unlike our competitors.
