I like my role and I have a good manager. However, I struggled to get this job and I didn't get any support from my former manager or HR. Many people are leaving GE because they don't feel valued. I can't ensure I'll work in the long term here since I don't have a career path.

Contributing to a big initiative that can change people's way of working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is accesible and willing to help. Communication between each other is great although we are all across the globe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can always reach out to them. The objectives are clear and are available for you to raise roadblocks or concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary and getting the LPB bonus. However, it took long discussions for me to get it and I was about to leave the company.
