Lack of support from management to develop myself

Too many changes and lack of priorities

They do cooperate a lot.

I really like when i get an improvement in the process and people see the benefit

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would my company invest on me, training me and developing me to the business needs

I would like to have the chance at least to get a compensation when production does very well or overdeliver what has been requested.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

At least to have a career path and motivate you giving you opportunities to develop yourself. It seems in my organization, it is vey difficult to get a higher management level( PB, LPB...) even having the experience. There is no promotion so employees are not motivated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In my opinion, they should care more about their team. Helping them to have a career path or at least a plan and helping them developing skills needed for their future positions. At LM Wind Power, I did not have a proper 121 since I came in.
