GE Renewables is a great place to work at. The entrepreneurial feel when it comes to how things are made is refreshing. I enjoy the mindset of continuous improvment and the sense of purpose on the work we do. I do wish the workforce/leadership was more diverse (especially less male-dominant).

Base salary; however, not getting a bonus is not great
