I started my journey at GE/ALSTOM 20 years ago. During this journey I have been worked in several departments, learning so much, and teaching so much as well. I am very happy and hope better days after Covid pandemic.

Less meeting, less talking, more action, more meritocracy.

See that my contributions and work impact positivelly my Colleagues, GE and Customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working hard during years, overloaded, working in several projects in paralel. In other hand, I didnt have salary increase last years. The inflaction impact is impacting my family life quality (decreasing), and I am with dificultities to ensure better school and future to my kids.
