Attitudes of promoting group meetings in order to brainstorm to correct the problem and show the group learning together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like more training in order to increase my competence and also recognition in multi-function activities reverted to money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom to make decisions with alignment between the group and meetings where we debate solutions to problems and learn from this. One point of improvement would be to improve engineering efficiency.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieve end customer satisfaction and profit from a well-executed project. For this it is necessary to improve the risk analysis of the project and the final execution where I do not see this item implemented today.
