My overall perception is closely related to the managers I had, and unfortunately most of them were super bad and didn't showcase any of the GE values.
What makes you most happy at work?
Close friends and the extra activities (ERGs and others).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a career plan, understanding my possibilities, and not seeing bad employees being valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I reallt appreciate the high leadership for embracing the GE values and culture, but I don't see it on my site level leadership
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make the GE values be clearly visible and noticeable on the operational level (make sure the LPB and SPB leaders are fully aligned)
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones I admire the most are the ones who keep pushing, even if the company doesn't ask for it or value it properly.
