What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In my section of the business, there's never any blame games - if someone messes up, we skip straight to what needs to happen to solve the problem, prevent it from happening again, and provide any support that individual needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A posting for a new hire offered a salary range higher than what most experienced people on the team, myself included, are making. If we're offering that to new people, we should offer at least that to experienced employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My team recently posted a position offering starting pay well above what most people on the team are making. To reach the median of the posted range, I would need a 46% raise - to reach starting pay of a job I've been in for years.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is both skilled and eager to work on problems. If there's ever a gap in coverage, half the team volunteers to help with it; if we have an emergency, we have to limit who drops everything to help. We are all constantly learning and helping each other to develop.
