It feels good to be part of a company whose overall mission and goals I am aligned with (Renewables). My work is technically challenging and never feels like it is a waste of time. As a global team we seem to get some pretty large and complex things done!

The 'Lifestyle account' is a very good and novel idea to encourage participation in sports, courses etc. Shame it can't be structured as a tax/NI benefit but that's the government's issue, not GE's!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally most people seem supportive of the industry we are in (Renewables) and believe that our work is making an important difference in the world. It is also good to be able to contact anybody and have a conversation with them, no matter where they are in the hierarchy
