Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

only criteria which demotivates me is the hike process and increment doesn't occurs properly on time. Either it will postponed due to some situations . The increments is received at the end of the year . (1or2 months/12 month) . Which is not fair enough as we skip pay for multiple months :-(
