GE has failed to take advantage of the recovery from the 2009 financial crisis. While other companies were making large strides, GE was regressing. This led to layoffs and pay freezes while other companies were increasing headcount and giving substantial pay increases. GE did not keep up.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More focus on how to transition our cusotmers to next gen products inst6ead of just focusingon releasing next gen prodcuts. Better go to market strategies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could make 50% more outside of GE but GE would never pay me that based on my current salary. I would make more at GE if I left GE and came back.
