More focus on how to transition our cusotmers to next gen products inst6ead of just focusingon releasing next gen prodcuts. Better go to market strategies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I could make 50% more outside of GE but GE would never pay me that based on my current salary. I would make more at GE if I left GE and came back.
