
There are constant changes in way of working leading to formation of new org structures now and then, creating confusion for employees. Expectations set once by the leadership has often changed affecting the trust.
Employees at same level in other organizations are paid much higher than at GE. Additionally, there has been multiple delays in merit increases in last 2 years. To top it, there is no merit increase this year at all. Attrition rate is quite high, and will affect morale of people who still remain.
