our group is not getting pay increase , not even the cost of life increase , very disappointing

Get pay increase, keep your promise to make GE simpler company , get nice working place, get nice area plant , get better systems , we have too many different systems to work with, many are not efficient, systems should help us to work better not the reverse. Get GE in future , give a youth therapy
