Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People stay longer in the organization paid less compared to the new people hired. HR or C & B team never looked at this fairly. Compensation should be based on market standards and fair value. This has been one of point highlighted several times but never looked at seriously.
