It's been a good company for my career and I've been able to work in roles and businesses that I never expected. However, as I mentioned in another answer, this company has been challenged since Alstom, around 2015. Simply said, it's been tough!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I've already answered this question.

What makes you most happy at work?

the challenge presented by our industry and customers and working to solve them with my colleagues.

What are some of the best things about your team?

collaborative, respectful and willing to step in and help. Aligned on the mission and goals of the business and region. Genuinely care for one another. It's a major factor for why I'm here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I did not say I was undervalued but it's hard to accept limited or no merit increases while the company cuts resources and piles on more work. What message does that send? Benefits are comparable to other top companies, health care is expensive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

From a 1:1 to dotted line perspective, the leadership is terrific, has built a strong, dynamic and team first culture and cares about the individuals that make up the team. From a tier 1 and tier 2 perspective, the leadership is in constant churn.
