Most of my team is intelligent, experienced energized and working towards the same goal.

The health insurance is below what my previous company offered. Eye insurance is poor.

For the most part, I enjoy working with everyone. They are motivated, positive and looking for solutions.

I know my leadership team is busy, but they take the time to discuss the organization's goals and how I impact these goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Providing a reliable green energy piece of equipment to my customers. On a day-to-day basis, providing solutions to issues as they arise.
