What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate the diversity working at this company. All of the different viewpoints, stories and backgrounds make every day feel new and enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team in particular routinely shows they care about me as an individual. They care for my mental health, my happiness and my career growth in addition to the outputs of my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of people in this business will do what it takes to get the job done. Great leaders, but all great team players focused on doing what is best to meet our goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Most recently I have come to appreciate how ahead of the curve GE is with regards to maternity/paternity perks. The time off I received as a new Dad is better than I have heard from any of my friends/family and the tools/resources they provide throughout the entire journey are extremely helpful.
