What are some of the best things about your team?

Passion for Renewable energy and technology development

What makes you most happy at work?

Collaborative problem solving, without wasting significant time on bureaucracy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Strategic vision to bring clean, renewable, and affordable power to the world.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I believe the leadership team truly cares about the safety and well-being of it's employees. Allowing flexibility and individual decisions on safety during the pandemic has been a bright spot.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a People Leader, I am more concerned about the lack of compensation for my employees. We do a terrible job rewarding our experienced employees with salary and promotions. This has lead to high attrition of our best people. We seem willing to make higher wage offers to external hires.
