GE used to attract some of the best talent and some of them still remain. They are smart and intelligent with a can do attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has a loyalty penalty. The longer you stay in the company yo fall behind the market. The fastest way to change comp is to quit spend a couple of years outside and come back to the same job with a higher comp.
