What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders need to align products to proper businesses instead of looking for saving their own positions. They need to look at making GE successful instead of their personal agendas.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Overall company strategy and employee care is important but I strongly believe that the employees feel accomplished with what happens in the next 2 levels. Currently my next levels lack decision making. They don't have clarity on where the overall products are going.
