Unbiased treatment to all. Merit based promotion. Not the otherwise.

Transparency on what we need to do to bring up the business. That is what every engineer do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Current team owns the components from Cradle to Grave. So, we are experts in Hydro turbine design in most possible extents
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since 3-4 yours I got one time hike and that also is not matching the inflation hike in the company. So while working time increased from 9 hours/day to about 12 hours/day.. the salary unchanged. Again, only selected people my management get hike sometimes twice in a year. :(
