Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is certain gaps between my output and the compensation being paid, amount of value what i bring to the organization while comparing with other colleague at same level i find being paid less. I strongly feel the evaluation has to be done on the basis of what impact one creates.
