What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is focused on achieving the ambitious goals it has set.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving a challenging technical problem and realising value for my internal customers. Positive collaboration with colleagues towards solving problems.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is a definite solutions-focused and customer-focused mindset within the organisation, which often drives innovative solutions. Discussions are often focused on the quality of the ideas, not on the source of the ideas, which allows for diversity of thought.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is an understanding that personal life and work life are rightfully separate. While the pace and quantity of work may often be too fast, there is a growing respect to the boundaries that employees set with regards to their personal time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't believe my compensation (or my progression within the company) is merit-based. It is frustrating to work successfully against many internal challenges, only to have merit-based salary increases cancelled. The current PPG system (previously PD) does not allow for objective assessment.
