I don't see any culture... Co-workers help supporting the non company culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since few years, the salary increase was close to 0. Hard to be motivated when you see that and when bonus and awards are given anyway with big amount, but not to everyone.
