I don't feel that GE Renewable Energy is focused on a single long-term goal
GE Renewable Energy global leadership team is much more interested in quarterly financial targets than in building a great company. Contributor-level employees are a distant afterthought as compared to leadership bonus.
Employee turnover is high. Even in a boom market for renewable energy, GE does not prioritize annual raises for staff, allowing us to fall behind competitors. Instead they use the "during Covid, heavily affected industries didn't give raises so we won't either" excuse.
